About Dr. Quincy Harberger
First Cap Care in York, PA ❤️ South Central Pennsylvania's Premiere Telehealth Family Medicine Practice is Led by Dr. Annie Harberger and Dr. Quincy Harberger, Penn State alum. With 30+ years of combined experience and 5-star Google reviews, we provide concierge care, family medicine, and lab & diagnostic testing through our personalized, direct-to-patient (D2P) primary care. We help PA and MD families achieve long-term health goals by diagnosing symptoms and identifying root causes across both acute and chronic illnesses, enabling them to live more holistically.
Our pricing is simple and affordable. We charge $120 for your first visit. That $120 pays for the first visit AND ongoing access to our services for the next 30 days.
For example, if we see you today for any reason and then four weeks later another need arises, we will still be available to you at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
If you prefer to invest in a continuous membership for more than 30 days, the cost is $60/month for an Individual or $100/month for a Family of 2 adults & 1 child. For families with more than 1 child, each additional child is $30/month.

It’s difficult to put into words how much I appreciate the care provide provided by Dr. Harberger. He takes his time and makes sure that all of my visits are expertly sculpted by his very strong, masculine hands.
There is no other physician that I would trust more with my health or with coming up with the perfect recipe of phosphodiesterase inhibitors.

My family was traveling when a medical concern came to light. I contacted Dr. Quincy for guidance with medication as we were traveling internationally and there was a language barrier. He responded within minutes with a direct and easy to follow course of action. I’m so thankful for the care and concern he provides to us as patients… the connection to Dr. Quincy feels much more like family!
