Hey there! I'm Cindy, the founder of Divine Health & Weight Loss, and I'm on a mission to help people take control of their health in a way that's realistic, sustainable, and actually works. Whether it's balancing hormones, overcoming stress-related weight gain, or just feeling better every day, I believe in practical, no-nonsense solutions-because health should support your life, not complicate it!
A Little About Me
I earned my Master's in Family Health Nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual. I've been happily married since 1993 to my wonderful husband, Greg (who keeps things interesting!). Mom to seven amazing kids-so if you need tips on juggling life, I get it. I love keeping things fun and lighthearted-because laughter is a great stress reliever! When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me researching the latest in wellness, spending time with family, or working on exciting new ways to serve my clients.
