Della Mathew, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Prime Internal Medicine Associates in Dallas, Texas. After earning her medical degree from J.J.M. Any doctor who expects patients to sit and wait for them for an hour or more should seriously re-think how they schedule patient appointments. We are not there for the doctor's convenience. My appointment was one of the first of the day, there was no one in the waiting when I arrived and no one when I left, which was after 45 minutes of waiting for the doctor, who never showed up!
