I wasn’t a fan of this doctor. His associate doctor was rude, talking down to me, and treating me as if I was an idiot regarding my own body. He asked me very personal questions that had nothing to do with the reason for my visit. Also, there is not much privacy in the building. The wall does not reach the ceiling, which makes everyone in the building able to hear our session. And what kind of office doesn’t accept credit/debit for copays? I won’t be back.

Terrible, absolute worst experience of my life. Stay far far away! Basically robbed me of the out of pocket copay required, and I mean that pretty literally. Very shady practice they are operating. He wrote two prescriptions, and after already paying the agreed upon copay, they tried charging me more money for the writing of the prescriptions. I refused to pay additional money, as this was after my appointment had ended and thats just not how things work. They asked for the prescriptions back (which was the sole reason for my visit) so I told them I want my money back. The office administrator agreed, so I handed back the presciptions and she ended up keeping my money. Extremely shady and allllll about the money. Stay far far away. Zoc doc, I want my money back from this practice. This cannot be legal.

The office is in a really confusing location if you follow GPS. Once you step in the office, it's really nice that you have to fill out minimal paperwork, but also makes me question the legitimacy. I was put in a room where the walls do not touch the ceiling so there is absolutely no privacy, and the doctor's wife took personal calls outside the door and jumped in the my appointment a few times. It was all a little unnerving, and the doctor asked me questions off of a Post-It. Like did he Google before I met with him? Probably would not go back. Felt really uncomfortable and there was absolutely no privacy.

This providr never gives me my refills when needed. Wants to me see him every month and pay a copay for him just to write me a rx. Every month I have to hunt him down to get a refill this is the worse service I've ever gotten from a provider.

Stay away!!!! This place is supposedly a walk in clinic but it's not. It's appointment only. I had an appointment for 3:30, I received a call asking if I can come in at 4:30 which I did. The woman at the desk told me the Dr. would not be in until 5:30 or so but she wasn't sure. I'm like are you kidding? I have no idea what this place is other than a joke. They advertise wrong hours, there's a closed sign on the door even when they are open. The excuse I've heard for 3 days from them is that the Dr. had an emergency. I think the only rating he received are from employees.

Dr Rashan is so many good things that you wish your doctor to be. He's....knowledgeable, yet humble when he doesn't have an immediate answer. He listens more than he speaks. He sincerely wants to help. He's extremely patient. Mine is a challenging case so that's something that's especially appreciated. Lastly, something you wouldn't think needs mention but it really does...he's curious. That seems to fade away with so many doctors after practicing a few years. They forget that despite all the advancements in medicine, there is still more unknown than known and always more to be learned

Dr. Rashan is a very kind, concerned professional with a very calm-natured presonality. My unfortunate experiences with depression, anxiety & subsequently high blood pressure was addressed with genuine concern. The uneasiness I have when I step into a doctor's office doesn't happen when I visit Dr. Rashan because of his devoted care. I feel as if every question & every consideration was brought forth regarding my wellness because Dr. Rashan is very thorough with his work. I am so grateful.

My appointment was for 1pm.The Doctor arrived until almost 4:30pm. His wife told me to come back around 3,so I did.very nice lady.she should of called me and told me he was gonna be late.instead of going and then leaving and having to go back.Other then that he is a great Doctor and very nice!
