This is probably one of the best doctors appointment I have had so far.
The office was clean and the staff very courteous.
I was late and even with that , I got seen as soon as I arrived.
It was great!

Described all symptoms. Provider offered no possible maladies or tests besides blood work( didn’t say what for) . Covid or flu symptomatic ( fever, chills headache) but no test offered , talked about coming back for a brain scan??

Unfortunately her employees were not wearing their masks appropriately. There was a woman in the waiting room with hers completely off just “hanging out” and no one addressed it. This is a serious public health issue. Another employee had a mask with a vent— which are not safe for others.

My experience today with Dr. Abboud was more than positive. She listened to my main complaints and addressed them with true care. There was an issue with my appointment being on the schedule because it was through ZocDoc when the office was actually closed due to COVID changes. Dr. Abbourd saw me anyways and was very kind.

I've never been to a doctor's office that doesn't examine you. The visit started with the nurse first (as it should)she checked my vitals, I voiced some concerns I had and answered some basic questions. I told the nurse why I was there, and she said what could've been wrong with me as she made notes (nothing to worry about). When the doctor came in I tried to explain why I was there, I dont think she was listening and before I could finish she told me what the situation could be, which she got from the nurses notes. Anyone would think, well ok the next step is some type of exam or exercise or checking something on your body SOMETHING. Unfortunately the doctor immediately prescribed me some medications, sent me to therapy and told me to come back. I felt so disconnected and disappointed that all I could do was leave.

Dr. Abboud was excellent! Informative, friendly, kind. Her staff were very friendly and helpful. The wait time was pretty long but I went in having seen that in the reviews so I made sure i had an extra hour. The wait is worth it for good medical care.

The receptionist was a WRECK! She nor the other women knew what insurance they accepted. I made my appointment through zoc doc. After being told they don't take my insurance I got to the bottom of the fact that they did. I was there for 1hr half. My paper work was filled out through the website as well and I still had to refill out paper. Receptionist discarded my paper work (which I filled out in the office)and asked me to do it again. She could not get to the bottom of the issue I had to call the insurance place myself and give her the phone. She charged me a specialty rate instead of basic and had to refund me. After the hr 1/2 I finally got into the office and sat 12 minutes and I had my infant who had a appointment 13 mins away so I just left the office!

She is a good and caring doctor but her office is a little disorganized. I understand that they are busy etc but I asked for paperwork to be filled out and I had to keep reminding them to have Dr Abboud sign it, etc. It was annoying and irritating that I had to keep reminding them.
Unfortunately she usually runs late because she works at the hospital as well.

Dr. Abboud, M.D., M.B. Ch. is an excellent physician. She is very thorough and does not make the patient feel as though they are rushed. I would send any of my family members to her.

Dr. Abboud is incredibly knowledgeable. I have a chronic illness that specialists could never figure out what it was or how to help treat it, but Dr. Abboud is an Internist, so she isn't clouded by certain judgements that specialists have about my case. She heard what I had to say about my symptoms, and took one look at me, and set up a treatment plan for me to try that I was never given before by any other doctor. Her and her staff are VERY knowledgeable, nice and THOROUGH. I loved that!
I don't know if it will help, but I appreciate her efforts. I will say, I waited almost an hour before I was finally called in, but I think for me it was worth it. Also, it was kind of expected as the last appointment of the day, on her late day of the week, Tuesday.

I have been here 3 times. All three times I have sat in the room waiting to see Dr. Abboud for over 30 minutes. Twice I had my blood pressure taken by a young girl who had to wait until my arm was numb to get the numbers. The times I had blood drawn the one woman made it so I had massive bruises on my arms to the point where I cannot wear a tshirt to work. Lastly while waiting for results I was very nervous about the outcome, about 15 minutes into my wait a girl came in to mess with the computer and turned the screen so I could see it and left. I used the next 15 minutes to google the results I could see on the screen to determine that I am healthy. By the time Dr.Abboud came in to tell me I was fine I had already determined I was healthy and that she could have simply told me over the phone. I will never go back.
