What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you start working with me, I begin by getting to know you and understanding your mental health history, current concerns, and goals. We’ll have an initial assessment where I’ll listen closely to your needs, and together, we’ll discuss your options for treatment. My approach is collaborative, and I believe in creating a personalized plan that fits you.
Based on our discussion, I may recommend therapy, medication management, or both. If medication is part of your treatment, I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you’re getting the most effective care. I’ll also check in regularly to assess how you're doing and address any concerns.
Throughout our time together, I encourage open communication. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your experiences so that we can adjust your plan as needed. My goal is to help you achieve lasting mental wellness in a way that feels right for you.

Don’t waste your time. Find another Provider. Uche was rude, extremely unprofessional and offensive during my appointment. She agreed to send my medication to the pharmacy the next day, but instead the next day I received a call from her office stating she was no longer comfortable filling my prescription. They did not say why. She should not have initially agreed to fill my prescription or told me my medication would be ready the next day, when needed, until she was sure she would prescribe it to me. Not only did she change my appointment time twice the day of, she was 30 minutes late to her rescheduled time, she canceled my prescription after reassuring me she would help me, she made offensive remarks towards my ability to articulate my concerns during this stressful appointment with her. This provider is very unprofessional I would strongly recommend not wasting your time.
