All great - finding a dentist through the internet was done with a great deal of trepidation, but I had an emergency and needed someone who was available on a Saturday afternoon… Being able to show real time availability was so much easier than plowing through the phone book calling answering services.

I really liked ZocDoc. I work in a cublicle type setting and don't like making phone calls regarding personal information while at work, though I also don't want to be standing on the street calling doctors so it was ideal for me. Also, I'm not from New York and I have not had good experiences dealing with receptionists at medical offices here. They have been horribly rude and so this was a way for me to avoid that. Also, I really liked the set up, with the available appointments and the picture of the doctor.

I would like to thank you for creating ZocDoc. Simply brilliant!!! I'm one of those guys who wouldn't go to the doctor unless I was on my deathbed due to the hassle of finding a doctor, making the appointment, finding out which doctor will actually accept which insurance, etc etc. ZocDoc did all of this for me and it couldn't have been a simpler process. My mom, a nurse, was amazed with the website and actually spoke about it at a seminar where she was the guest speaker. Every city should have ZocDoc in my opinion. Kudos to you for bringing it to New York. My visit was amazing and I will be making the doctor I found on the website my primary care physician while residing in New York.

I wanted to let you know how helpful this service was to me. Being new to the city and in between health insurance carriers I was at a loss and unable to find a doctor without having time to research or get a referral. I did not want to go to the ER, so it was very helpful to find an online resource that listed what doctors were available and where they were located. After booking my appointment online, I was able to see a doctor within 2 hours of finding zocdoc.com.
