My visit was just okay. I am use to high levels of comfort during my visits to the dentist, so do keep this in mind while reading the rest of my review.
The staff could have been more friendly. Once in the chair the appointment felt rushed, from the picture taking to the actual cleaning of my teeth. My teeth did not feel extremely clean like I am use to feeling. I feel the cleaning was done at a rate of about 50% of effort. I had to come home and floss and waterpik my own teeth which I felt should have been done at the dentist. Overall it was an okay experience. The technology is definitely up to date There was no entertainment or even background music in the office so it did not make the experience very comfortable and welcoming.

Dr. Lam earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2000 from the University of Southern California. Dr. Lam's professional career flourishes in the South Orange County, California. Andy was super expensive. He gave me many additional services which I did not want at all. I was going to take my last wisdom tooth as I have done for all my 3 other wisdom teeth. He stated that my tooth needs special treatment and need to be sewn after and would take half an hour blabla and took A LOT OF photos and x rays which charged a lot later. (Thank god I have dental insurance.) I got my last wisdom tooth taken in literally 30 seconds and I was so clear it doesn’t need so much trouble at all as they are growing the same way. Then I asked him how much it’s gonna take for taking it off and their answer was crazy cos it was more than 5 times of other doctors charged. Then I said I would do cleaning only. Then a lady came in and talked so much unprofessional and I decided to leave without doing anything. This is a crazy place, don’t go there.

Great Dentist, straight and to the point and has very competitive prices for all dental work. He is amazing and I’ve already switched my entire family (including kids) over to Dr. Lam.

I had put off going in to the dentist for 2 decades... Andy Lam and his staff were extremely professional and were able to put my worries at ease. I proceeded with quite a lot of dental work including the removal of 2 upper wisdom teeth and didn't feel any pain *(The most painful part was the numbing shot and even that was minimal!)
I will not be skipping visits from this point forward. He has successfully cured my phobia of dentists :)

Dr. Lam did a great job with my son. He was upset about having to get the dental work he needed but Dr. Lam talked him through the procedure and made him feel comfortable.
