Their resources are awesome, I was able to get a complete scan of my teeth and see everything. About Dr. Inessa Kandov
Dr. Inessa Kandov is a board-certified specialist in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics. She is a strong believer in treating patients like family and providing the highest quality care. Her welcoming smile and gentle demeanor create a truly caring and positive atmosphere for her patients. She takes pride in serving her community and has great satisfaction in creating beautiful smiles and healthy lives.
Raised in New York City, Dr. Kandov pursued her dental studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook where she graduated Valedictorian with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Kandov is a member of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society and is the recipient of multiple academic and clinical awards including the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity Academic Achievement Award.
Following a General Practice Residency at Queens Hospital Center, Dr. Kandov practiced as a general dentist for several years. She completed her Orthodontic residency at one of the top schools in the country, Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where she earned her certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Kandov seeks to have a positive impact on all of her patients. Conveniently located in Bayside, her office features the most updated technology available, including intraoral scanners and 3D x-rays. She offers cosmetic teeth-straightening options so that you can get the smile you deserve without having to worry about a mouthful of wires.
Today, she is recognized as an Invisalign Gold Provider and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and The Northeastern Society of Orthodontists. She regularly attends continuing education seminars to learn about the newest advances in orthodontics.
Dr. Kandov lives in Queens, New York. When not creating beautiful smiles, she loves nothing more than to spend her free time with her husband, Lev, and two daughters, Ariella and Eliana.

My experience with Dr. Inessa and staff was great! The office was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Her office gives very soothing vibes and I felt a sense of calmness. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!)
After my consult with the Dr. and we discussed the treatment plan and the finances, I decided to proceed with the treatment and I couldn't be happier. I'm currently in treatment and can't believe how fast she's transformed my smile in the short time already. If you're thinking about going to her, don't even second guess it! Book now!!

Wow! Where do I start? From the initial walk in, I was greeted by the front desk and was immediately checked in and seated. They brought me into a private room where I filled out some paperwork and then one of the assistants came in and started to take pictures on me. After the photos, the Doctor came in and started to examine me. The doctor then explained to me what was going on what my possible treatment options were. 100% would recommend and I’ll be back soon to start my braces!!

Dr. Inessa and her staff were great! The office is beautiful and feels very spa-like. They have all the latest new technologies that really surprised me. They took this 3D image of my teeth and were able to show me a “before and after”
of what my results could possibly look like post/treatment. Dr. Inessa was patient and answered all of my questions and her staff was welcoming and helpful as well. Overall a great atmosphere and very professional. I’ll be coming back and recommending everyone else to go to her as well! She eases all your worries and makes you feel as though you’re in really good hands. So glad to have found her and this office!
