About Dr. Maya Roshan
Dr. Roshan spends hundreds of hours attending continuing education courses taught by the most ethical, conservative, and brightest international leaders in dentistry. She maintains her education on the cutting edge of the latest advances in aesthetic implant and restorative dentistry to ensure that her patients receive the finest service, treatment, and technology available today. Dr. Roshan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Azad University, Tehran, and furthered her training at Loma Linda University of California. Her memberships include the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, DC Dental Society, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

It was my first time at their office and they were very thorough. They did a great job of explaining my x-rays, asking about my prior dental work, and were very knowledgable. Very glad I went to this dentist! Also, the room I was in had glass doors and an excellent view to the courtyard of their building.

I've been very relieved to become Dr. Roshan's patient over the last 3 years, fixing a rapidly deteriorating cavity situation that caught me by surprise after having zero until my late twenties. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, it really takes the pain out of dental work!

Only reason for 3 stars is because they waited until after my exam to tell me my insurance was no longer accepted. Not going back.

I usually HATE going to the dentist, but there was something different here. The structure of the office is streamlined, modern and clean; everyone knows their role and as a result things move quickly and efficiently. She did a great job on replacing a broken filling of mine. I highly recommend this dentist, I will be going back next week to get a cleaning and another filling corrected.

It is hard to judge about the results, as it was a first visit, but so far it is the best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr Roshan is attentive, patient and thorough. The office staff is simply great. The place is exceptionally clean. She really took her time with my complicated case, and explained all the risks.

Dr. Roshankar and her staff were very friendly and professional. Each part of the consultation and procedure was explained to me and the experience was pain free. The office is well equipped, modern, and comfortable. I've got terrible dentist anxiety most of the time, but Dr. Roshankar and her team put me at ease for the whole visit. I highly recommend them.

Superb experience, the office is modern and new. They use LED televisions, Apple computers, and iPads to entertain and inform. It really does make a differenc;, we looked at a very high resolution photo of my mouth together which gave me a view of my mouth I've never been able to see. I've never had that kind of innovative care from dentist before. Also got some great advice that was much more comprehensive and informative than the usual "floss twice a day" broken record.
Not super cheap but frankly I felt the quality of service was so good that it was worth paying a little more than I'm used to. For the DC area it's probably a very competitive price.
Definitely going to become a permanent patient.

From the moment I walked in until I left, it was a top-notch experience. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable, but warm and comforting, which is an added bonus for those with dental phobias. The place was immaculate, adding yet another level of comfort and relief for me on what was my first visit. Like many others have already said in prior reviews, this place is clearly at the cutting edge of utilizing technology. I completed forms in advance, submitted online and did not even get to sit and wait, let alone the proverbial clipboard, before I was seated in the dental chair right after check-in. All of this along with the high degree of dental excellence and calm atmosphere in this very soothing and relaxing place, in every way, ensures I will definitely be returning. I literally cannot say I have ever had a better experience. Highly recommended.
