In and out routine teeth cleaning. No issues.
Unfortunately, I never received the service I requested. Instead, I was met with three large quotes for procedures I didn't want or ask for. I’m generally apprehensive about doctors and dentists because of costs, but I hadn’t had a checkup or cleaning in a while and went expecting those routine services, covered by my insurance. As a new patient, I had x-rays taken. When Dr. H entered, the conversation escalated—he immediately said, “I’m going to remove that tooth today,” referencing one broken for ~20 years. I declined, citing recovery time and cost. He then had assistants run high estimates and pushed an implant, a bridge, and a deep cleaning, all unaffordable and far beyond the cleaning I came for. I explained my knowledge of immunology to stop the repetitive urgency pitch, but he never offered the basic cleaning. I left without receiving the service, would not return, and would not recommend this office. Only positives: trendy facilities and a friendly receptionist.

I will not be returning. I arrived at 8:40 AM for my 9 AM appointment, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I was informed that the doctor had an emergency and asked if I wanted to continue waiting. Unfortunately, I decided not to wait any longer. I understand that emergencies happen, but I wish I had been notified earlier to make alternative plans. I think it's essential for patients to be informed about such situations, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others in the future.
