Dr. Abbas Khayami is a licensed chiropractor serving the Scottsdale community from his office located at the intersection of Indian School and Hayden. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. His mission is to provide patients with the best care possible and to get them on the road to good health in an efficient and thorough manner. Dr. Khayami specializes in chiropractic rehabilitative care. The first goal for most new patients who walk through the door is simple: “Get me out of pain.” The next goal is to keep the pain from coming back. While he wants to make sure you get out of pain as quickly as possible, he also has a better goal: “Keep the pain from coming back!” That is why teaching people about how they got this way in the first place and what to do about it is so important. Many of his patients have never been to see a chiropractor before coming to his office. As a chiropractor with experience, Dr. Khayami is committed to promoting the optimal health and well-being of his patients.

I absolutely adore Dr. Abbas Khayami, DC! Truly one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever seen. He’s knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. Mr Khayami is friendly, helpful, and really good at providing chiropractic relief to body aches and pains. When my neck is out of sorts, Mr Khayami provides calming stimulation and a back rub. Then he manipulates my neck until the right moment to correct the misalignment with a good couple of "pops"! Mr Khayami is knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, and provides the treatment we mutually agree to.

Love this office! I’ve always used OOP expenses because it’s a better option for me with my insurance, but insurance is always accepted. I’m always able to get in whether it’s a last minute migraine experience or chronic condition. I have ease of mind knowing I can book online as well. Dr. Khayami if fantastic, professional, and always addresses my needs and I walk out feeling better than I walked in. Highly recommend for a newcomer or someone needing a nearby provider whether it’s long or short term.

Once in awhile I strain my back and need a chiropractor. On these occasions over the last few years I have been seeing Dr. Khayami and it is easy to get an appointment (especially with ZocDoc). When you are in pain you cannot wait a week or so!
He is knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. I always feel much better after an adjustment.

Dr. A was so friendly and respectful. Anytime he needed to adjust my clothes or hair he asked for permission. He always asked if I was uncomfortable or if he was using too much pressure. He communicated with insurance prior to my appointment & asked if he wanted me to have him submit to my insurance or pay out of pocket. He was very clear about what I should expect & what my treatment plan would be. He is an amazing provider & I would recommend him to anyone that needed his services!
