“I met Dr. Diarra during one of the absolute most difficult times in my life. I was struggling to find effective help with my mental health, but he took immediate, sincere interest in my wellbeing, and continued to be deeply empathetic and caring for the years that I was under his care. He listens more than any other medical professional I've encountered, and made me feel truly and wholly cared for, especially at the times when I needed it most. (He even called me when I missed an appointment to see if I was ok!) When I was trying to sort out some mysterious ailments, he worked with me as a collaborator and listened to what I'd discovered through my personal research. Born and raised in the vibrant culture of Mali, West Africa, where saying hello translate into “Are you feeling well?”, I bring a diverse perspective to healthcare, enriched by my journey to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, USA, where I now call home. Here, I live with my wonderful wife and our three amazing daughters, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty and active lifestyle of this region.
My Journey
My dual background in internal medicine and biomedical engineering equips me with a unique skill set to approach healthcare innovatively and holistically. I earned my Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, after completing a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering at Arizona State University. My internal medicine residency at Legacy Internal Medicine Residency in Portland, OR, provided a solid foundation in evidence-based medicine and compassionate patient care.
With over 10 years of professional experience as a Primary Care Physician, I hold a medical license in Oregon and California. I left my previous primary care position due to the increasing administrative burden and reduced face-to-face patient care time, prescribed by the current healthcare system. This shift inspired me to create My Pacific Concierge Physician where I can focus on providing personalized, high-quality medical care tailored to the unique needs of each patient in an affordable concierge medicine model.
Beyond Medicine
When I'm not caring for my patients, you’ll find me indulging in my love for my family, soccer, hiking the scenic trails, or kayaking in the serene waters of the Pacific NW. I’m an avid reader and audiobook enthusiast, constantly exploring new knowledge.

It is refreshing to see a doctor who gives you his full attention, listens to the details of your concerns, and is willing to order any tests needed right away in order to accurately determine your current state of health, and by doing so, get you on the path back to good health as quickly as possible.
