Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatry)
MD
I understand that mental health challenges can be overwhelming and impact every aspect of life—from personal relationships and career aspirations to self-confidence and daily functioning. That’s why I take a holistic, individualized approach to treatment, integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, frustrated, hopeless, and unsure of how to move forward. Some struggle with constant worry and racing thoughts, while others experience mood swings, difficulty concentrating, or emotional lows that make even the simplest tasks feel insurmountable. My mission is to help them regain stability, clarity, and purpose. I work closely with clients to identify underlying factors contributing to their symptoms. Above all, I believe in a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to care, ensuring that each person I work with feels supported on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University and a Bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive mental health care. Let’s work together to help you find balance, confidence, and lasting well-being.
