I had an abrasion to my eye and was really worried that I had done some serious damage. I was able to come in immediately and after testing had a plan for treatment and was assured that no serious damage had been done. Very caring staff!
Checking in and checking out was very simple, fast, and easy, we called the pharmacy to make sure they had the prescription that was sent over there before leaving the clinic and they did. Dr. Paradis answered all of our questions and when we didn't get something he made sure to explain it in ways we would understand.
My appointment went very well! Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and professional. The physician talked very quickly and seemed like he was in a hurry! I got lost in all the information as I was new to an eye exam in general, and wished I had been able to follow all that was going on. Ginny did a great job explaining all the testing that she performed.
where is my itemized receipt I asked for? also I was told my glasses would be in within a week. I did not get a call regarding if they were in or an update. I had to call 10 days later and leave a message. then it took a few days before I received a call indicating my glasses were in. what kind of customer service is that? Do I want to return to a place that can't do two simple tasks?
I really enjoy Dr Paradis. He did a great with me and my son. The staff were very friendly. They do not have a great selection of pediatric glasses/frames. I would not buy pediatric frames as the staff did not size my son correctly and said ‘they look fine’ when the frames were clearly too large for his face.
Appreciate the value of experienced staff who have been there over the years such as the front desk, to Tom who is a fabulous tech. Dr Paradis was also great and appreciate his expertise and explaining what was happening in a way I could understand! Thank you to everyone!
The staff was very friendly, I think I may have had someone who was new. I didn't sense her confidence and things took a bit longer. However, I do know we all have to have first days, weeks, etc and I'm fine with that and thus okay with the service I received. There was only one small concern. The drop that was to go in my left eye was almost put into my right eye but I was able to question that before it happened. All is well.
I feel just a little too much pressure to buy glasses then and there. I should be handed my prescription not have to ask for it. I paid for the exam and that information should be provided without hesitation. I fully understand you have the staff expertise and selection of eyewear there but it's a huge expense that people can't always afford at the time of the exam.
All staff are typically very helpful, but Dr. Paradis wins MVP for helping my daughter get into contacts. We are from out of town and knowing the constraints of that, he made it happen. She's been doing awesome with them too. Thank you!
Friendly, caring staff. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have an after-visit report that shows what we are diagnosed with, what to do to alleviate symptoms, medication prescribed etc. similar to what Doctor offices have.
Well, everything that the doctor and the staff did was fine. I have not yet been able to accurately determine whether or not I can get a pair of eyeglasses from you, and I’ve been back-and-forth with the insurance and your staff several times and still don’t have an answer. Hoping to bring my existing pair in and see if you are going to list them as replacement or new glasses. Insurance will cover it for a replacement and they are scratched badly enough that I cannot use them comfortably.
I didn't have such a great experience a num er foyers ago so I always got my glasses some. place else. I always went to Dubow there but that was it but I will have to say Dr. Paradis, the lady who helped with my glasses and my care after was phenomenal. Thank you for what you do.
Well, the reminders send on my appointment along with the check in process were greatly appreciated. and the nurse who did the initial prep also did excellent work. And topping the entire visit office was the extraordinary job Dr. Paradis provided on my visit. I know there are many excellent doctors. However, even in excellence, a handful rise to the elite level. I can tell, and I bet so do his other patients...he is an exceptional doctor. His level of knowledge and the way he explains things is exceptional and paiients relate to both him and what he says. Also, you can tell he really cares about his patients. And his detailed explanations of his findings are easy to understand. I could not be more grateful to have him as my eye doctor.
I found the staff and doctor did well. Only changes I’d make is that the first time I scheduled the appointment it didn’t show my appointment information correctly and I didn’t get an email confirmation, so my appt was cancelled, maybe checking that,

It was a little upsetting when I got to the optical area to upgrade my lenses so I could see better. I have scratches all over the lenses and the glasses were not a year old. They would not honor the warranty to give the scratch resistant for free. Was upsetting.
I had problems with my left eye and Dr Paradis fit me into his busy schedule. It was my first time seeing him as my Dr was not in the Waite Park office that day. I was so impressed with how he treated me and my situation. It was a very pleasant experience.
I had an experience if zigzag flashes that happened for about 20 minutes and I was able to get in and be seen within an hour. Both Mark and Dr. Alex calmed my fears quickly after explaining my symptoms and conducting a thorough exam.
Dr. Paradis considered all aspects of my eye health, including an accurate prescription and thorough examination of macular health. My new lenses are very effective. He called me back for a second appointment to show me visual records and give me advice for caring of my eyes. He has also connected well with my adult disabled son and prescribed glasses which work!
I gave your office & staff a 10 because everyone performed to my expectations with the exceptions of the Doctor being about 15 minutes late for my scheduled appointment which made me late for another appointment that I had scheduled at a different business near by.
Dr. Paradis is extremely professional and seems genuinely concerned! He took time to listen as I had questions about the health of my eyes and going forward when cataracts surgery would be necessary! There was a problem with my lenses which weren’t detected when I took to Insight Clinic, twice, when I went there to check my glasses out. But at the third time, almost four months after from my first visit, a great technician found out the problem. But I wanted to talk to the doctor anyways m, which I did. He gave me the best analysis ever about my eyes, confirming that he had prescribed my lenses correctly but made one change to corrected another little detail. It was really good the way Dr. Paradis took care of me. As a patient, I wouldn’t expect less, but he exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism.

The doctor took the time to explain everything to me. When I left I felt very knowledgeable about my particular problem. Also I was about a half hour early and they took me right in. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
If it wasn’t for Dr. Paradis, I would go somewhere else. Everything on the clinic side is great and wonderful. However, on the eye glass care is terrible. The level of accurate communication is very poor. It started in that me expressing I didn’t need a years worth of contacts to “oh if you by 6 months worth you are spending $100 more than if you bought years worth” with zero explanation as to why. So I called the clinic and talked to a lady who had a pretty distinct voice but I couldn’t tell you her name and I expressed my concerns and the lady reassured me and told me to bring my old contacts in even though I had opened the box and I was sure to double check that, and she said yep absolutely bring them in and we will buy them back. So when I showed up to pick up my contacts and glasses, the lady at the desk who I am pretty sure I talked to on the phone looked at me like I was stupid and said we don’t do that and haven’t for 6 months. My personal opinion is that the O.D. that did my eye exam is one of the best if not the best, in the saint cloud area. The clinic is up to date but I am most impressed by the personal and very thorough attention I have been given both times I have gone there. Most eye clinics are very similar and not that impressive with their patient care and customer service support, when working with the doctors as well as Technicians, and I don't always feel that they are giving me an accurate examination because of trying to get the next client in right after. But I feel that my eyes are safe and very well taken care of whenever I am seen at the insight clinic in Waite Park, MN. You can make the prices of your glasses/lenses cheaper so poor people like me, and with bad insurance have some kind of option to choose from. I've always gotten poor quality lenses from the most common clinic, and end out not being able see through them as well as I would like.
Dr. Paradis is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took time to explain to me what is of importance to me as far as my eye care is concerned. His assistant, Christian, is professional and friendly. As a whole, Dr. Paradis, Christian and other staff members form a great team rendering excellent eye-care service.
Staff were kind, respectful and caring. Dr. Paradis stated numerous times that he and the clinic would do whatever it took to deliver the best service and product that I deserved. Great atmosphere and I really felt listened to.

Wow! The service was great. On Wednesday 7/6/22 I woke up with some symptoms that suggested a possible retinal detachment. I called at 8 AM and they squeezed me in for a 915 appointment. The diagnostic work up was very extensive and documented a beginning retinal detachment in my right eye. They coordinated my scene the retinal consultants a surgery group for about 1030 that morning and I was scheduled for surgery Friday. Outstanding and timely and accurate service.
