Had an unpleasant interaction with the benefits person, who quoted more than double of was due. After fixing the issue, I was treated as someone out of line for not just handing in what I was asked. Perhaps, corporate folks put staff under pressure to be predatory. Or possibly a lack of training.”

“I had an excellent experience here. I was seen really quickly, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office itself is modern, comfortable, and very easy to get to.
The optometrist was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the exam, explaining things clearly and thoroughly. The equipment was extremely modern and made the whole process fast and efficient.
Overall, it was genuinely an enjoyable experience — easily one of the best eye exams I’ve had. Probably the most knowledgeable optometrist I’ve come across. Highly recommend.”
