My training at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, and my clinical experience have taught me to approach mental healthcare from a holistic point of view, encompassing mind, body, and spirit. I use evidence-based research to guide my practice, drawing on teachings from biomedical, cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, and social perspectives. Having worked in integrated healthcare models, I enjoy collaborating closely with therapists. I value working with people from all walks of life and place a strong emphasis on multicultural understanding.
