I strive to create a nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I most commonly integrate the following theoretical approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Biopsychosocial Framework. I specialize in medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and integrated care for adults ages 18–60. My primary focus areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related conditions. I also provide support with medication education, lifestyle interventions, and coordination of care with therapists and other medical professionals. I am committed to reducing stigma, improving access to mental health services, and helping individuals achieve long-term stability and improved quality of life.
