I had my annual check-up with Dr. Amira Moussa and had to bring my toddler along. She was absolutely wonderful! Not only is Dr. Moussa very kind and polite, but she was also incredibly patient and friendly with my little one, who got upset and started crying during the visit. She offered him some snacks and took the time to wait for him to calm down before continuing with my exam. It made the whole experience so much less stressful. The office staff was also very warm and welcoming. I really appreciated the kindness and understanding from everyone. Highly recommend Dr. Moussa!

Everything was amazing. I got there and the receptionist/medical assistant took me to the back within two minutes, she prepped everything for the doctor to see me and I only waited for about 5 minutes. The exam was very thorough, they have a lab on site, and everyone was so kind. The only thing that I didn’t liked is that you need to subscribe to a membership in order to be seen, you don’t have to pay it that same day, but after a month they will charge you $200 and it will cover you for the whole year and give you perks like being able to text a doctor 24/7 in case of an emergency. The membership is really good but I wasn’t told before the appointment, which I would’ve appreciate.

I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment and was taken back into a room almost immediately after showing my insurance and ID. The office was extremely clean and the front desk staff were all so friendly and professional. I was never left waiting long at all for the nurse, doctor, or for lab work to be done. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

I went here to get an allergy test done. It seems like the process would be smooth and simple but they do sell you some sort of membership. Please be aware that apparently to see the doctor you have to have the membership. They suggest a 30 day free trial and then you get billed on after. I think it’s ridiculous but to each their own. I booked without watching the video they have on this site but I think they should have called me prior to my appointment as they did mention I need a membership to see the doctor.

Would’ve love to continue to see this doctor however, I was being sold a $200 membership and was told I could not be seen by anyone at the clinic unless I paid the $200 membership. I though this was arbitrary and dystopian. Healthcare is for everyone, not a luxury. Any why would I pay $200 when I have health insurance coverage I pay for monthly? The incentives were yoga, chatting with your doctor 24/7 and vitamin shots that you still have to pay for. Was this a medspa or a health clinic?
