I am a nurse practitioner (NP) with a focus in psychiatry and family medicine, specializing in anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and more. I hold a Master's degree in Family Health Nursing from Herzing University and have 9 years of experience working in the healthcare field. My background is extensive in women's health and family medicine, but I later transitioned into psychiatry, where I work with patients facing mental illness and substance abuse issues.
I feel compelled to help people with mental health challenges due to the scarcity of services and the stigma that exists in this area of medicine. While it is essential to function efficiently and overcome everyday challenges, for some, this is not possible because of mental deficits brought about by varying circumstances. I am passionate about providing patients with quality, evidence-based, and affordable care. Patient-centeredness is of the utmost importance to me and leads to more successful patient outcomes.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Mrs Danforth is Absolutely phenomenal and so patient with me. She understands me without jumping to conclusions and takes the time to listen to help figure out solutions. I would rather be in the solution versus the problem. This is the person for you if that’s what you’re looking for. 10/10
