RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Told me to reach out if I had trouble filling my medication, which I did. My pharmacy let me know it was backordered with no timeline, so I contacted them. This is what they wrote: "HI, your provider said this " t is not my responsibility to locate a pharmacy for patients. I have many patients on the medication that I prescribed to her that he no issues finding a pharmacy to refill it. It all depends on her location. If she feels that I am not helpful to her then please feel free to assign her another provider. I also received a request from her to fill out leave of absence forms which I refuse to because I’ve only seen her once. I don’t think I am will be a good fit for her"" She even has me mixed up with another patient- I absolutely never requested any sort of leave of absence forms whatsoever." I NEVER REQUESTED ANY LEAVE SHE HAS ME MIXED UP.

Horrible service. I was told that she wasn't able to help me right after I already booked a follow up appointment. She was unable to help with my case. Her kids came in the room as well so I didn't feel like it was private.
