“Here’s the same version without any dashes: --- This was my first visit to a chiropractor so I had no idea what to expect. All I knew was that I had lower back pain I had never experienced before and needed help. It was easy to schedule an appointment and upon arrival I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Ashley first explained what chiropractic care is and why it is important to have a healthy spine. Then she examined me, took X-rays right away, and showed me exactly what was going on. Her initial diagnosis was that the pain I was feeling was just the tip of the iceberg because I have been overcompensating on one side since the other is misaligned, and that is what needs to be corrected. She sent me home with some exercises to start and asked me to come back for an alignment after she reviewed my X-rays in more detail. ”
