About Dr. Ashley Kim
Dr. Kim is a Board Certified Podiatric Physician with a passion for resolving the most complex cases and a dedication to patient satisfaction. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed her residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. Throughout her career, she has consistently tackled challenging cases that had previously stumped multiple doctors, earning the highest patient satisfaction ratings.
During her residency, Dr. Kim garnered recognition for her efficiency and patient rapport while handling the highest volume of clinical cases among VA hospitals nationwide. Overall the experience here was awful. I had a broken toe and when booking my appointment told the staff that I would need x-rays on my toe. They confirmed the booking through ZocDoc and then also confirmed it through email.
When I arrived at the doctor's office they once again confirmed my appointment. It wasn't until I was taken back to see the doctor did they reveal that they didn't in-fact have an x ray machine and they wouldn't be able to help me. The doctor said she had asked her staff to contact me in advance but they didn't. She apologized and said I should go see another doctor.
Because she apologized I asked for a refund, and her team said that it was too late for that because technically she had already seen me.
Complete scam. I will never go back here.

From the. moment I arrived I was nicely greeted by the front desk receptionists.
Everyone was very attentive, helpful and extremely nice I was seen almost immediately by Dr. Ashely Kim who was also extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. She took her time in explaining medical procedures available to me and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I highly recommend her for podiatry needs.. she was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.
