I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from State University of New York, Binghamton in 2021. I am experienced in providing multimodal treatment, including acceptance and mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive-behavior therapy, and evidence-based whole health interventions for stress and anxiety (e.g., meditation and yoga). My areas of expertise include the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship stress, PTSD, and mental health sequelae of health-related disorders such as cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, and insomnia.
