She was very efficient and great. Due to a mix up on Zocdoc, she saw me much later than I expected (almost a 40 min wait) but she went through all of my history and annual physical questions efficiently and honed in when needed. She was able to help me schedule follow ups and prescribed me something for an issue I was having.

The Best! I’ve been having problems with my health/body and they kept being overlooked. It wasn’t until my new Dr (I made her my primary) that things began to turn around. She handled EVERYTHING leaving nothing to question. She heard my problems and concern and also listened and IMMEDIATELY went into action. Very honest yet refreshing at the same time. Dr. Audrey Nguyen was the best choice I made!

Dr. Nguyen was professional courteous, a little intense (which is a good thing!) and was able to walk me through an initial physical without any problems. She listened to my problems, got me referrals quickly, and when I suggested things that were a little odd (like seeing a chiropractor) she was supportive even while giving me good, cautious advice. I highly recommend. Note that the office needs a bit of TLC, but that's hardly a reason not to go to a doctor.

I scheduled an online appointment at 2:05. I saw at 1:55 that I had missed a call (there was no warning that I should expect a call beforehand) and no other form of communication. I tried calling the number back at least a dozen times but was directed to voicemail each time. In my Zocdoc confirmation email I was told I would receive a separate email with a link for the appointment, but never received any email from the doctor's office. Eventually I had to give up! Very frustrating experience.

Dr. Nguyen was great. She answered my questions, recommend a series of blood test/panels, and scheduled an in-person physical in the upcoming month. I’m confident that she will get to the root of some of the challenges I am experiencing.
