Marissa ***** while in the office waiting for my appointment, I witnessed the most professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken office administrator. Marissa! Such a comfort realizing she is arranging my procedures while thoroughly, explaining each detail. Very comforting as well, simply, a lovely women. A big burst of gratitude to her!
Michael tech assist also, very thorough while sharing that same spirit. I felt like both of these medical assistants were gems!

Showed up to the Columbia MD office and he wasn't there. His receptionist said he rotates locations. The problem is Zodoc and his office never said anything about a different location. So it was an entire waste of my time.

The office staff was very attentive and friendly. I really felt welcome and cared for. They made sure all my paperwork was handled expeditiously which is something that is easily mismanaged to often. Thankfully Dr Djamson was very thorough and I felt he had my best interest at heart. It is rare to find an all-around pleasant experience but this was achieved at this practice. Thank you!

I was reminded of my appt in multiple ways on several occasions prior to my appt to the point of it being impossible to miss it, just to arrive and have to wait in a small lobby for between 30- 60 minutes. For this reason, I regret booking an appt there! As a new patient this is the least effective way to build rapport along with a less than stellar way to establish a returning patient, or for the patient to recommend to others. I was unable to receive all that I needed due to the wait. The other medical professional needed had left for the day. I walked out after being seen by the doctor and decided to stay further to express to the doctor that I was disgruntled with the wait time, told the staff I'd return for the recommended service or equipment the next day when I had some time. I was urged to arrive early, which yes I held my side of the contract. The doctor needs to learn to manage his time better! I hate make a fuss with folks, but I expect the utmost care that is advertised.

I researched the internet for a Cardiologist for an abnormal EKG that I received at my primary care doctor’s office. Dr DJamson came up and I intently read the reviews and many were accurate. I booked the appointment and was seen by Dr DJamson and he was exactly as the reviews said he was. He was kind and listened intently to my needs and the need to get a pre-op clearance for a surgery that was coming up in 9 days. Dr DJamson has many many patients and he cared enough to ensure that I received all testing required to get a clearance. Because of Dr DJamson and his competent technicians an d nurses, I am home recovering safely from my outpatient
total hip replacement surgery!
If you are looking for a cardiologist that doesn’t treat you like a number but as a patient, I highly recommend him. Be patient with him and he will be patient with you ??.
