What is your typical process for working with clients?
New patients begin with an initial 60-minute session, which allows Dr. Bartlik to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your mental, emotional, and physical health history, as well as your goals for treatment.
Following the initial visit, ongoing sessions are typically 45 minutes in length. These follow-up appointments focus on treatment progress, medication management (if applicable), psychotherapy, and continued refinement of your personalized care plan.
This structure allows for in-depth, thoughtful care while maintaining continuity and consistency over time.
