I am a 240lb bodybuilder and usually Chiros have challenges adjusting me. Not Beau, he got more movement and release than I have had from anyone in the past.
They also have spinal decompression therapy which is hugely helpful if you have disc issues.”

About Dr. Beau Kaufman
Dr. Beau Kaufman grew up with a passion for chiropractic after watching his father help countless people reach their health goals naturally and decided at a young age to follow in those footsteps. He attended Cedar Park High School in Bothell and then attained his Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science at Azusa Pacific University. Two weeks later, Dr. Beau married his high school sweetheart. They moved to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, the birthplace of chiropractic, where he received his doctorate. During summer breaks from college, he worked as a Rehab Specialist at Kaufman Chiropractic gaining invaluable experience and knowledge working one-on-one with chiropractic patients leading them through individually-designed rehabilitative exercise programs.
Dr. Beau believes every patient case is unique; therefore, he utilizes a variety of chiropractic techniques including Palmer Package (Diversified, Gonstead, and Toggle), Motion Palpation, Webster’s, Activator, Impulse Therapy, and Logan Basic. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Beau honed in on his technical skills by attending the weekly Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) adjusting club on campus and MPI seminars. Dr. Beau believes in quick, low force adjustments to restore and maintain motion throughout the body to facilitate health and healing.
In his spare time, Dr. Beau enjoys everything the gorgeous PNW has to offer whether it is hiking, biking, water sports, gaming, or long-boarding. He resides in the heart of Snohomish where he shares two beautiful children and two rowdy dogs with his better half, Mattie.

It was great as always. Dr. Beau is attentive in my complaints and customizes every visit to make sure I leave in better condition than when I came in. I've been coming here since before and throughout my pregnancy. I don't think I would've been as mobile as I am now at 40 weeks pregnant if it wasn't for Kaufman Chiropractic

3 months ago, I had severe lower back pain. It was prohibiting sporting activities, basic movements, walking, leaning over, picking heavy items up. Through a series of back adjustments, teaching me rehab exercises, and decompression, Dr. Beau and his team have helped fix almost all of the pain. I can now play sports, run, lift heavy items, with very little pain!

Dr. Beau has been very attentive to where my pain is at. He checks each visit if there are any new pain spots and is always willing to put in the extra work to make my visits as effective as possible. Since coming to see Dr. Beau, my quality of life has improved significantly and I'm almost complety pain free after years of chronic low back issues.
