About Ben Wong
Ben Wong is a compassionate and highly skilled acupuncturist dedicated to providing holistic patient care in New York. He seamlessly blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern wellness strategies to address a broad spectrum of health concerns.
In addition to his acupuncture and massage therapy expertise, Ben has integrated herbal medicine into his practice. Since 2020 we have successfully aided the recovery of over 2,000 COVID-19 patients, addressing both acute symptoms and long-term COVID-19 complications. His proficiency in herbal medicine also extends to treating digestive disorders, skin conditions, cough, allergies, infertility, and reproductive health, among other conditions.
Ben’s commitment to excellence is further reflected in his international educational experiences. He has traveled to China on multiple occasions to study with renowned Chinese medicine masters, deepening his knowledge in both acupuncture and herbal medicine.
A graduate of the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Master of Acupuncture and holding an Associate Degree in Massage Therapy from ASA College, Ben is committed to identifying and treating the root causes of health issues. This approach promotes lasting physical and mental well-being for his diverse patient community. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he provides culturally sensitive and individualized care.

I had a sore throat for several days. When I came here, Dr. Ben Wong patiently asked about my symptoms and provided an appropriate treatment. It’s incredibly rare to find an acupuncturist who is as knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly effective as Dr. Wong. His deep understanding of TCM is immediately evident, and his bedside manner is calming, professional, and reassuring.
He takes the time to really listen to your concerns, patiently answers questions, and offers thoughtful, practical solutions and suggestions tailored to your needs. It’s rare to find a practitioner who combines expertise with such genuine care.
I drive 1 to 1.5 hours each way just to see him—yes, he’s that good. After just the first session, I noticed a real difference. My sleep improved significantly, and my PCOS symptoms have become much more manageable.
His entire team is also absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office is warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk in.
If you’re looking for a truly gifted and reliable acupuncturist, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!
