“I was initially booked with Dr. Teller and another Dr. but eventually booked with Dr. Hun Ki Hong and he was fantastic. He provides lots of technical detail, is clear, makes eye contact, and continually asked for feedback and questions.
He found something with one of my eyes that my previous optometrist missed, and although it's unlikely to be problematic, Dr. Hong gave me a lot of confidence in his ability and thoroughness.”

About Dr. Benjamin Teller

Dr. Teller has been practicing as an optometrist in the Washington, DC, area since 1996. He specializes in comprehensive eye care, medical management of eye disease, and keratoconus. Dr. Teller has extensive experience in contact lenses and pre- and post-operative ophthalmic surgical care, including the latest laser refractive procedures. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Currently, Dr. Teller serves as president of the Optometric Society of DC. The Consumers' Research Council of America recently named him one of "America's Top Optometrists." He is board certified in Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia (Washington, DC).
Dr. Teller also serves as an adjunct professor at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and is a preceptor for student externs completing their ocular disease and private practice rotations.
