The office was packed full of people, and they take walk-ins which I have not experienced at any doctors office other than urgent care. Arrived on time for my appointment to wait almost an hour to be seen. When I finally saw the doctor the appointment was rushed. I wasn’t able to talk about my prescriptions or get them filled. Not a quality experience.

I wasn’t actually seen by this doctor. Waited over an hour. 5-10 minutes chat, got some stuff prescribed, follow up appt booked and I was out the door. Experience was just ok but if the results are good I’m willing to overlook the issues. Won’t know for a few weeks if my skin improves.

It was a relief to go to a medical clinic that actually upholds its appointment times. The staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and had excellent demeanor and Dr.Kim was a testament to good communication and bedside manner.
Other clinics should take note. This place has set the barre on how a doctors office should be run.

Prepare to wait. Over 10-15 people waiting in front desk. I came in time and had to wait for an hour and saw people who just came to the office went to see the doctor before me. The doctor gave me a minute of her time. A MINUTE. No blood test were done in the office you have to go different place to do blood work.

Exceeded my expectations for my first derm appointment! The facility is lovely and cleanliness is up to par. She made me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. She made sure I understood what was going on and answered any questions with no hesitation. I also received an injection and I must say she has quite the hand.
I hate needles and I didn’t feel a thing. Over all, I was in and out within 20 mins or so. Looking forward to my next visit!
