Established Birch Lake Eye Clinic in 1979. Dr. Grudem received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Minnesota Optometric Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for TLC Laser Center. Dr. Grudem resides in Blaine with his wife.
