I immediately liked Dr. Kim and really appreciated the care and depth in which they explained next steps and what to expect. I also felt like Dr. Kim took the time to get to know me as a person and went beyond asking questions about my health. Highly highly recommend.

The entrance to the building was a little difficult to find if you follow Google Maps. I filled out every bit of paperwork sent my way ahead of the visit but unfortunately still had to handle quite a bit of paperwork once I arrived. Thankfully they saw me while I was still doing the paperwork and I was able to finish it after my appointment.
I saw a nurse, nurse practitioner and the doctor and all were nice and helpful. I would recommend this doctor + these offices to anyone in need.

Prior to booking an appointment, I was nervous about my blood work results that I did with my primary care doctor. She advised I see a hematologist. I am so happy I booked with Dr. Byung Kim. The appointment went smoothly. He provided more clarity on my results. He reassured me that everything will be fine and that I should not stress out about anything yet. I definitely felt relieved and much more calm after speaking with him. I would recommend booking an appointment with him if you are looking for a hematologist.

The staff in the Fresh Meadows location were so kind and accomodating. I fainted while drawing blood and received amazing care and concern from all involved. Dr. Kim was very courteous and took all the time to explain what he thought it could be and ran for the testing is very compassionate and kind even though I was a bit frustrated he took his time and never became frustrated with me.
