“The phlebotomist wasn’t so friendly to me and told me next time to let the person who is doing my blood to let them know my veins move because she was having trouble taking my blood. Like it was my fault. In all my years of living no one who took my blood ever has a problem. The phlebotomist already had a negative attitude when she called me into her room. I don’t bother to ask her name bc I don’t ever think I will let them take my blood again unless it’s a different person. Everything else was good but the phlebotomist left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope I don’t see her on my next visit. She needs to learn better bedside manners or get training on it.”
