“Everything with the doctor and his nurse practitioner and staff was great but for one thing & I think it was that Zoodoc screwed up - I had asked for a video appointment & Zoodoc confirmed it (twice) but the doctor's office policy is that first appointments must be in person and their direct confirmation was for in-person. I had to call the office several times to clarify this.”

They took me in right away despite being late to my appointment by more than 30 minutes. I didn't wait too long for a doctor to see me. I was first visited by a resident. Shortly after, Dr. Akbari himself joined. Both doctors were very professional and attentive.

I was very impressed with his bedside Manner and people skills and I can tell he really knows what he's doing. He has a great sense of humor and he's someone that is not difficult to get along with. I look forward to getting to know him and working with him as my surgeon.
