Have never gotten a call regarding my results even though prescriptions for antibiotics were sent to my pharmacy. I tried calling office a few times but never got a call back from a provider.

I wasn’t even seen, but was met with rude staff upon walking in. The receptionist rolled her eyes at me as soon as I walked in. I waited 35 minutes just for them to ask me if I had been seen. Nobody called my name nor did they provide any updates. People who came in after me were seen immediately. I have been to a Garden OB/GYN prior so I didn’t need to fill out any intake paperwork. This was an extremely frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here. When I ultimately decided I wanted to leave, the receptionist was rude and immediately turned to her coworker to start laughing.

I’ve been looking for providers for years. I live in Far Rockaway. It’s very hard to find decent health facilities because it’s so many people. I decided to take the LIRR and travel outside of my area, in the snow, in my heeled boots and it was 100% worth it. I sat for maybe 10 mins before I was seen- the nurse was sweet and quick, the nurse practitioner listened to me and had me laughing even though I was stressed, and the last nurse who took my blood was also took time to explain things to me and was so kind- I mean down to the receptionists are just wonderful. They even texted me as soon as I made my appointment to reschedule it because the time on here for them is wrong. But they’re so in top of things that within 5 mins of me setting my spot they reached out to see if they accommodate me. I was searching for a GYN/gyn clinic I feel comfortable in and I found one. Thank you guys so much!

After being late I was apologizing , Staff was still very rude. It was not a necessity to be seen today but definitely don’t need to deal with attitude for everyday mistakes. I would highly not recommend.

I traveled far to be seen by this specific doctor. I was not. The physician I was seen by instead was extremely condescending, passive aggressive, belittling, and unprofessional. This is such a vulnerable time for women and to be treated this way is unacceptable. The physician acted as if I was a burden. She acted as if my reason for visiting wasn’t a big deal and that I didn’t have to come. I was cut-off mid-sentence several times. The provider made facial expressions when I tried to describe what was happening with my body. The provider wasn’t even certain of her findings. I was told I’d get a call if results returned abnormal. No one called. I then called and requested a call back. No call again. Instead, I received notifications from my pharmacy saying that prescriptions are ready that I wasn’t even aware of. 1 month later and still haven’t heard from them. That was my first and last time.
