About Chandra Nelson

After heading to college and falling off the health wagon, her desire to have more energy, sleep better, and stay healthy motivated her to adopt healthier habits. This passion for optimizing health through lifestyle modification-specifically diet-ed her to pursue a master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Florida International University, where she also completed her Dietetics Internship. As a registered dietitian, Chandra is passionate about helping others prevent disease and manage chronic health conditions.
