“Inattentive front desk staff who did not acknowledge my presence because they were too busy talking and glaring into the computer monitors. Front desk staff also continued to tel me that I had a copay for a preventative care visit. FYI- copays don’t exist for preventative care/wellness exams any longer. ”

LOVE Dr. Onumah! I was referred to her by my best friend who had been a patient of hers up until she moved out of the area. I diligently waited until a time where she was accepting new patients and it has been more than worth the wait! She is compassionate, kind, and thoughtful. She has an excellent memory and never rushes through appointments. Her additional background in public health and disparities research was of particular importance to me given the rampant racial disparities within the medical and broader health field. I cannot recommend her enough!

It was a really busy day but everyone was still very polite, I felt extremely welcome and well attended to. Dr. Onumah was incredible and very empathetic and understanding. Have already recommended her to friends.
Verified patient
Very courteous and excellent bedside manners; Dr. Onumah asked very detailed questions about my health concerns and the visit lasted at least 30 minutes, unlike with my last doctor's visit where the MD "dropped In" to visit me for 5 minutes.
