“Cheryl was an amazing listener, very soothing. She had good information to share with me and was still willing to consider all of my concerns.
The only thing I didn't like was that I scheduled with a different doctor, and, upon calling the doctor's office, I was told that the slot I scheduled was not available, that it was a Zocdoc error to say that slot was available. I got scheduled with Cheryl instead, which I'm fine with because I like her very much. I'd say just make sure to call the doctor's office if you book through Zocdoc because apparently there can be scheduling errors.”

Dr. Cheryl Kelly was my first experience with a mental healthcare provider and it could not have gone any better. I urge anyone who is seeking help to try and make an appointment with Ms. Kelly. She is so attentive and heartwarming and makes you feel as though you are not alone in whatever journey, or being judged. She gave me clear treatment options and helped me find what was going to work best for me, she doesn't pressure you to talk, but when you feel comfortable to she is such a great active listener.

Cheryl was great, no issues with her. I had lots of issues with her office though, Orenda Psychiatry. They are slow and unresponsive. They never answer their phone and take a while to get back to you through email or text. They changed my appointment like 3 times (the day of!). I asked Cheryl to fill out a document for me regarding my condition and the office is telling me it’s going to take a week just to “process” the request. When I emailed the office staff, they didn’t even seem to know that Cheryl worked with them. It’s just so mismanaged. I would stay away from this office honestly. It’s not worth all the anxiety they cause just to get some simple things done like booking an appointment.

Cheryl Kelly was a great listener, very personable, and professional. She explained what she thought the changes to my treatment should be and why, and also sought the advice of a psychiatrist to confirm. I had originally booked with another provider and was then rebooked with Cheryl but it was a happy accident, as I'm very pleased with the brief session I had with her.

Went over a lot the first appointment, but Cheryl was so kind through out it all and made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. Was understanding and respectful and made me feel heard. Had a collaborative discussion about treatment options. Listened to my concerns and valued my opinions and was able to find a plan that felt right for me. Am hopeful for our next session.

I made a same day appointment with one provider. They were unavailable and the office contacted me right away and offered another same day appointment with another provider with similar credentials. It was very smooth and the nurse I met with was absolutely fabulous. There was clear communication and all of the correspondence took place in a timely manner. Very happy with the service
