“This has been my go too! Urgent Care in Chesterfield. I like that you can make appointments and are seen in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly, and all of the Doc's, PA's, Nurses etc have been fantastic.”

The black lady at the front desk had a very big attitude. The black nurse lady when she came out I didn't hear her say my name no one knew what she said them she looked at me and said my name with a very poor attitude I said I'm sorry i didn't understand what you said at first and she just stared at me then when we got to the room I told her my symptoms and she just stared at me like why are you here. It's almost Christmas I had to make sure I didn't have something seriously contagious that I could get my elderly family sick with. When she was taking my vitals she was little rough and rude. But when she was swobbing my nose she was very nice it was like who new person when she had to Swob my nose. I was there for almost 2 hours before the PA came in who was very very sweet he didn't have an attitude.

No I would not go back. I ended up going to my primary who gave me antibiotic and steroids. I feel better already no thanks to urgent care

Online booking is NOT accurate. I’ve been to this facility several times. And even though I ALWAYS make an appointment I ALWAYS have to wait an hour. I think that is ridiculous. I also believe that the problem is with the app. It shouldn’t allow me to book an appointment for a certain time if there is already 8 people in queue before me. And if there is several people before the appointment is scheduled, the appointment should go ahead of non appointment quests. That’s the whole reason to schedule an appointment. They don’t do that. That said - the staff is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to this location for everything from ear aches to a broken ankle and they help out every time. Staff 5 stars, appointment booking and wait time 2 stars.

The office staff were all friendly and prompt. I went back quickly by the front desk worker, the nurse/medical assistant came in quickly and was very friendly, helpful, and quick. The doctor came in right after and was also great. The nurse/medical assistant that gave my injection was a different one and male. He explained his reasoning for wanting to give my injection but offered to have a female worker do it if I was uncomfortable. He was very friendly, the injection was quick and reasonably painless. Overall a great experience! Thank you to all four workers.
