She studied Behavioral Neuroscience at Lehigh University and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. What a great experience! Dr. Han was very friendly and professional. The office was really clean and the equipment that they use is on another level! Great doctor, she addressed my concerns and got me going right away with a new prescription. She booked me for another appointment to figure out what could possibly be happening and she’s overall really nice. The staff is also good and place is clean as well.

The doctor was very kind and took her time with me. She answered all of my questions. However the only issue I had is that they assume and don’t ask if you want their additional exam that you have to pay out of pocket for. They told me that my copay was 5x of what it was supposed to be and their reason being is that they use an extra machine when checking you. But they assume this is fine with you and don’t explain the reason until you ask. It’s all very sales like and really took away from the professionalism of the office. In additional they try to push very expensive glasses and lenses on you before you leave the office. Save your money and ask for the prescription via email. You can get glasses for 1/5th of the cost online from reputable websites.

Great doctor but, I was very disappointed in the office. Very small and crowded. No form of social distancing so I felt unsafe. The office doesn’t seem to sanitize waiting area seats or counter tops given the covid 19 pandemic.

Dr. Han was friendly and informative throughout my visit. She had advanced technology and explained everything to me. Staff greeted me when I entered, had sanitizer all throughout the office and everyone was kind.

Dr Han was friendly and professional. She was thorough and they use state of the art imaging machines. (You have to pay extra OOP). The examination office is spacious but the rest of the store is a little cramped. However, they all helped my mom and I get the glasses we wanted and was very patient and supportive. Their selection isn’t large but I was very happy with the recommendations. I high recommend Dr Han and the staff at Eye & I.

Excellent, friendly chairside manner, very patient to answer questions, helps to show results of tests and explain their meaning. Staff also very friendly, helpful, patient, and super accommodating. Before seeing her, assistants provide a very sophisticated (Optimap?) test on equipment which I never received in past exams; almost like an internal picture of the eye for a very thorough eye health evaluation. Very pleased so I followed up with a second appointment for RX update, and had an exceptionally skillful manner of guiding comparisons of lens choices.

My appointment at Dr. Han's office was fast, friendly. She has a wonderful staff and excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend seeing her if you're looking for your first or new primary optometrist. I will be coming back in the future!

It is owned by private owners who work there so you have invested staff who care and want to deliver a good service. Everything about this place is amazing. Hands down my new eye doctor for years to come.

Dr. Han was lovely and professional. She took her time and addressed any questions I had and went through everything more than other doctors I’ve gone to. Her staff were also very professional. Joe helped me explore my options through insurance. No one was pushy and they took their time with you. Also, they had all the necessary precautions in place for COVID. As soon as you walk into the office, you’ll know that this facility takes cleanliness and safety seriously. They checked my temperature, each corner is supplied with a hand sanitizer and they separated the “dirty” pens from the sanitized/clean pens. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The Dr. did the eye exam thoroughly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Overall, a great visit!
