About Dr. Dalena Nguyen

A dual citizen originally born in Toronto Canada, Dr. Nguyen was raised as a Texan just outside of Houston. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas, before continuing her education in San Antonio at University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry to receive her Doctorate of Optometry. While obtaining her Doctorate degree, Dr. Nguyen was awarded the COVD Excellence in Vision Therapy Award and the Dr. Mervyn Bloom 'Make a Difference Scholarship', which exemplifies her passion for serving her community and every patient that sits in her chair. When she's not in clinic with patients, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time traveling, trying new foods and going on hikes her her dogs Bo and Mabel.

The overall atmosphere was very inviting. You can tell that everyone there loves the people they work with. It was very positive and timely experience. I highly recommend them and I personally will not being go anywhere else from here on out.
