The sign in process was way too long. They handed me I would say more than 15 papers to fill out.

Dr. Daniel Benasher didn’t show up for my appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that another doctor would be seeing me instead. They admitted they knew this in advance because Dr. Benasher was working at another office, yet no one bothered to notify me. Up until the last moment, I continued receiving appointment confirmations with Dr. Benasher’s name. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to patients.

Not impressed with the lady at the front desk. She is weird and acts like you are disturbing the doctor but is also absolutely unhelpful in addressing your concerns and assisting in any simple problems (most of which are due to her or the office). Zero basic knowledge you'd expect from someone manning the front desk. She will cut you off from talking to the doctor at all and talks down to you like you're not a paying patient and as thought you're having some favor done by having an appointment there. Not in today's world. Doctor's offices are businesses and subject to reviews and feedback from everywhere now. There is a way to address patients with respect while also doing your job for your boss (the doctor) and she fails to do this professionally at any level. Needs to learn how to speak to people. It's truly not that hard and the job is not that hard. I would not recommend this place. The doctor is OK but the rest of the process was a headache.
It was great

Verified patient
He is an extremely nice doctor and has great bedside manners. He is very personable and answers your questions and listens. He is also great at follow up and I've never seen that in a doctor so I am impressed.
Verified patient
He's a really nice and humble doctor who knows his stuff. Everything in the office(s) he works in is very efficient. I highly recommend.

I sell medical devices and I'm in an operating room all day. I know a good amount of medical knowledge. This guy was awesome. Beside being nice (cause that isn't important to me) he really knew his stuff and took time to go through everything. They did some labs on the spot and gave me results in 5 minutes. Great experience

The doctor, front desk and other staff were nice. Dr. benasher listened to my concerns and suggested another blood test, he was nice. The only thing was the wait time-I waited 50 mins before the doctor saw me even though I came on time. When I asked the staff, they said he’d come shortly but waited another 15 mins.
To be very honest Dr. Benasner was very polite and patient with my 90 year old grandmother. He explained everything in detail and his plan for her. I highly appreciated that he was very informative, friendly and had good bedside manner. Very happy that I chose this doctor.
