Waited hours for a checkup before I picked up and left. This is a factory. Avoid. Awful.

Doctor was more than 1.5 hrs late; at some point, just left. Team at the front desk was very unhelpful and clearly overwhelmed. Told me it is everyday like this, and that if I “wanted to try my luck, they could try the first appointment of the day at a later date”… just unacceptable
The staff of Dr Klein has always been very courteous and patient Dr Klein himself is a great listener and takes into account any reservations I may have concerning my health.

I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time and was never seen. That kind of wait time and lack of communication (I would have loved a heads-up that the doctor was running an hour or more behind so I could go about my day) and respect for patients is totally unacceptable. A doctor who allows his practice to run that far behind schedule without any regard for his patients' schedules or feelings is not a doctor I want to entrust with my health.

The moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with friendly helpful ladies at the reception desk. The nurses who took vitals and info was nice. I enjoyed visiting and getting to know Dr Klein. I enjoyed my first visit
Verified patient
The wait for the visit was nearly an hour and half, followed by blood work that took another 30 minutes because the staff that was taking care of me was unable to find my vein. Additionally, I was able to see everything the nurse and MD were writing into my chart, and the staff was filling things out on my behalf that they weren’t asking me or assuming of me (for example, if I consume alcohol, how many glasses? Or whether I use sunscreen on my skin). The only reason I was able to correct them is because I was reading along and told them otherwise. It just seemed like after all my waiting, they were rushing to complete my visit, which made everything feel not worthwhile. Additionally, as someone who struggles with their weight, hearing a doctor just say “you should lose weight” without any understanding of who I am and suggesting a strategy, is the least helpful thing. I gained very little from my visit, and after a week, am still waiting for lab results.

Other than the long wait it was fine.

Dr. Klein was very nice and thorough. As a new patient, he made sure to understand my medical history. I also liked that an EKG was done for the annual physical which I've never seen anywhere else. Overall, Dr. Klein has a good bedside manner and is a good doctor. The only downside to the visit was the long wait to be seen, but it could be from him taking his time to evaluate patients instead of rushing.

Very friendly and professional staff. Felt like the doctor listened to me and heard me. The only complaint I may have is the time between my appointment and actually seeing the doctor. I realized he was conducting some remote consultations that lengthened the time between the nurse taking my vitals and the doctor coming to the exam room. I waited for about an hour. Overall, satisfied

This was an online appointment, and it was fine.

Doctor was very nice, and very helpful. Unfortunately I had to wait 1.5 hours after my appointment time, the office made me fill out everything that I had typed in the day before online, and then he left for the day on a Friday without actually sending in the prescription I needed. I called the office just before closing time, but the phones were already set to go to the answering service, 2.5 hours later I haven't heard back, so at best I have to wait a day to try and get my prescription. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them. It sure was frustrating on my side

I became a patient of Dr Klein as I thought from this visit that he is very concerned, knowledgeable, listened my symptoms and added interesting new treatment for them. He has years of experience and is familiar with many areas of medicine. I felt trust and confidence in him. HIs staff is friendly and efficient. Overall a very good experience.

Great experience!

Office staff was very polite when calling to obtain medical history over the phone since this was a video call. Doctor himself was very useless in helping provider further insight for my specific condition. waste of a copay. Essentially told me to call 311.. no treatment plan provided

Loved the office. Dr. Klein and his team were amazing. I got the most thorough physical exam I ever had in my life! I can definitely see myself becoming a long-term patient.

Very long wait and they didn't have the courtesy to call and advise patients that they were short staffed and running hours behind. I had to walk out without being seen. They don't have an office manager and have no way to manage themselves
He was a very concerned doctor. I will definitely make him my primary care physician. I was in the process of switching doctors and I’m glad I found Dr Klein

Super long wait (55 min). I saw the doctor via FaceTime. The nurse didn't seem to care too much about accuracy (weighed me with clothes/shoes on, asked my height instead of measuring). It was a simple physical and somehow it disappointed.
I was called the day before and asked to come in early for the appointment, they failed to mention that I would be meeting the doctor virtually at his office. Had I know this I would have opted to change the date of my appointment or meet virtually from my home. The staff were helpful, however I was very uncomfortable with the COVID protocols/ lack there of.
It was ok until I was asked to undress for my check up and suddenly one male guy I am not sure was a nurse or not walks in while I was undressed and nurse was performing her usual check up on me. He didn’t even knock. I am never going back to that doctor.

Full Disclosure: He knows my father (an MD) personally, so I expected to get VIP treatment. But he treats all of his patients the same way. His nurses are great.
