“I just had my first appointment with Dr. Deborah Larbie and she is truly phenomenal. Her bedside manner is so warm and real. The office is clean and spacious and she actually took the time to listen to me. For the first time in years I feel seen by my doctor. I was ready to go with another PCP and only use her for gyn visits but she asked about things I didn’t even list which was so refreshing. My old PCP’s office turned into a med spa and I needed real healthcare. Dr. Larbie is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend.”

Horrible service! I was not greeted. Staff spoke in there native language to each other while I stood their at front desk waiting for them to speak to me. No one said a word to me. So I sat down. After 10 mins the man behind the desk asked me for my insurance card and again still have not greeted me. I told them to cancel my appointment as I did not feel welcomed and if this is the service I’m getting at the front I can only imagine what type of service I will receive in the back. I am a nurse for 15 years and never have I ever treated my patients this way. I walked out that office and will never return.

First time getting a physical exam and prior to this I wrote on my paperwork I had a lot of anxiety and guilt surrounding this because of my age. The receptionist asked if this was my first time to which I confirmed. She made her eyes big after hearing my response. I was undressing, I noticed a roach in the corner of the exam room dead. I noticed how long this doctor’s nails were. I’ve worked in clinics before and this is a health violation. She instructed me to do a breast exam on myself asking if I noticed anything wrong. She then began the PAP. I flinched for the first time, she stated “Are we going to be able to do this today?”. I’ve never felt so invalidated. She used her finger and I felt her long nails scraping my body. I complained and she stopped. Not sure if she finished the procedure because of this. There was no after care. I was given two sanitizing wipes and instructed to redress with her in the room. I was on the verge of tears and ready to burst out of those doors.

She was rude. I have had ringing in my ear and it was clogged she said “I can tell you don’t wash your ears” prescribed me some OTC ear drops, I’m on day 4 and it’s still clogged. Did a COVID test even tho I had no symptoms. Prescribed me more OTC mucus medicine that has done nothing. Definitely not going back.
