Hi there, I'm Delightful.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I help high performers manage anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder and avoid burnout. I also support those struggling with bipolar disorder, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder in finding their bearing and getting back on track. Together, we can identify what’s not working and restore your balance.
With a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, I take a whole-self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. Empathy, active listening and at the end of your initial consultation, we should be able to establish rapport and trust. We take your history, diagnosed, and provide treatment options for your mental illness. monitor symptoms improvements and followups

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
