Devon Conway was great. I visited for an annual skin cancer screening and she was thorough, efficient, kind, and informative.
I docked a point not because of Devon, but because the SINY Park Avenue office wasn't as "medical" as I expected. Looks more like a medspa, not as pristine as a traditional doctor's office.

I mean there was no chaos of double booking, the person I saw seemed interested in what she does and was quick and effective. Other people were friendly. No random calling me leaving VM asking me to confirm appointment.
Just a chill facility taking their business seriously. RECOMMENDDD
Don’t let the fact that the door to the facility (in the basement entrance, so can be hard to spot once you’re at 67 Perry) discourage you. This was my 3rd appointment, so I’ve seen enough to trust. ??

Zen doc actually confused me more about my insurance not working and I almost didn’t go to the appointment because if it. When I made the appointment I checked that my insurance worked. And then just a few days before zen doc told me I needed a referral which was not needed. I tried to get it anyway and couldn’t so I almost didn’t go. I am so glad I went anyway. Cause zendoc was wrong and I didn’t need it and would have missed the whole thing. It sucks that zendoc waisted hours of my life on the phone trying to get a Referal that I didn’t need :-(
