About Dr. Dominick Mirando

Dr. Mirando is a graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has been practicing since 2001 and is an advocate of family-based, health-focused chiropractic care, treating patients 6 months old and up. He uses multiple chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, diversified upper cervical, Pierce, Thompson, and applied kinesiology. He is also certified in extremity adjusting, sports injuries, and treating expectant mothers. In addition to his active practice, Dr. Mirando has served as a past President of the D.C. Chiropractic Association. He resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with his wife, two children, and their family dog. Dr. Mirando has been vaccinated since February 3, 2021.

Dr. Mirando and his staff (particularly Carolina!) are all incredible. You'll be hard-pressed to find a more caring and knowledgeable practice. It was my first time at a chiropractor and I wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable. He took his time to x-ray me and explain the science behind the injury and treatment. In the end, he helped me heal from a bad bruised rib in a couple short months. They offer other services (such as massages) which I also highly recommend. I will continue to visit and refer others!

I was so impressed with my treatment at Mirando Chiropractic that I referred my entire family to be patients at his office.
His staff has been very helpful with all my services even to get the out of network benefits. They were kind enough to bill for me to cover the out-of-pocket expenses.
This is a small office that makes you feel like they care. After my first visit the doctor called me to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was doing well. He gave me advice to help the adjustment work better and guided me in some changes I can make at my work place.
If someone is looking for a no non-sense, practical approach to chiropractic care, this is likely the office for you. I will continue to recommend this office.
