“My first time seeing this doctor. At the onset, the place was easy to find.
The Receptionist: The receptionist was alert, and greeted me with "Hi, are you ... we are expecting you!" She apologized that there would be a short wait. I don't like waiting, and asked how long of a wait. She said, the doctor takes his time with people, so wasn't sure. I asked if I had time to get coffee next door. She said yes, but that she could get me coffee. The receptionist knew the other people in the waiting room - and they clearly knew and liked her. (Turns out the wait wasn't bad - about 20 minutes)
The Doctor: Dr. Bravo, took his time with me. He had very good "bedside manner," asked (I think) the right questions, and it was clear he was paying attention to my answers. He did a thorough exam and then did a good job explaining what the results were. He presented options, he came up with a course of action, and it was easy for me to set up a follow up appointment.

About Dr. Eduardo Bravo
Dr. Eduardo Bravo founded Audio Help Hearing Centers in 2000 after several years of medical, corporate, and private audiology practice experience. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Audiology from Queens College at the City University of New York and his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida.
Dr. Bravo is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. He holds Audiology and Hearing Aid dispensing licenses in New York and New Jersey. Committed to ongoing education, Dr. Bravo has earned awards for continuing education credits and has been frequently quoted in local and national newspapers, including articles in The New York Times.
In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Bravo has served as Director of the Speech and Hearing Department at Brookdale Hospital and as a consultant to several local hospitals, including St. Vincent’s Hospital, Manhattan Eye and Ear Infirmary, and Lenox Hill Hospital. He was also the director of operations for New York and Connecticut for a major national audiology and hearing aid chain. Dr. Bravo has extensive experience dispensing hearing aids and remains actively involved in managing Audio Help’s multiple locations throughout New York City and Westchester.
Dr. Bravo is married with two children. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and spinning.

I met with Dr. Gielarowiec and she was by far the kindest and most patient doctor I've ever encountered. She was thorough in testing my ears and explained everything so I completely understood what was happening with my ears. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I was referred to another audiologist since Dr. Bravo was not available the day I visited, even though the he was indicated available that day. But the doctor was nice and caring.

Dr. Bravo never showed up which they never told me. Apparently he never comes to the East side location. Instead I was treated by Dr. Hymowitz whom I never heard of. She was ok but less experienced and appeared very nervous.
