The staff were awesome, greeting me right away. I waited only a few minutes before getting my height and weight checked. Dr. Jang explained everything I needed to know for my age and what she'd do going forward, writing it all down. She was so calm, polite, and a great listener – a really good doctor. We need more like her.

It was a little confusing finding the location, but once I met with Dr Jang she seemed kind and calm. There was another nurse(?) present in my room but they were not introduced to me , so I found that a little awkward.
But other than that, she assessed me and asked all of the routine questions involved with an annual physical . I would recommend her to others.

The visit itself was excellent and all staff and assistants, besides the doctor, were lovely. The only issue at all was that the location was quite difficult and confusing to get to, so it was a bit inaccessible. Otherwise, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of, and all my needs were met.

This office is very clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. You don’t have to wait long to be seen. Both the NP Elisabeth Jang and Doctor Jin Zang are wonderful, they take their time to listen to you and examine to give the right care for their patients.
